Order processing takes 1-3 business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Tengasports will ship orders to any location within the United States and its territories and will be sent through shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, and Local Post…

Additionally, deliveries to areas outside of the mainland United States may experience some delay and will be shipped to the local post office.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.

Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

Damages

Tengasports will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment by providing a video or picture evidence, so we can assess the condition of the damaged goods and prevent it from happening in future deliveries.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Tengasports accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. FootwearMerch may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Tengasports will not be held responsible for incorrect spelling or incorrect address information provided by the customer during the ordering process. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of their order information

FootwearMerch will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if the customer contacts the final delivery carrier after the order has left our warehouse and requests a redirect or reshipment of their package
